How to Make Multi 6-Figures a Month with a B2B Global Platform

Hi everyone, Victoria here. One of the main questions that I get asked is: one, what is a B2B global platform? And two, why should I have one? So today I want to share with you about this life-changing business model. I’ve been in business for 29 years, and in that time I have never seen something that provides more money, more freedom, and more impact for you.

The money side of it enables you to really build your dream life. What I love about a B2B global platform is that you get to be beautifully compensated for your work.

So what is a B2B global platform? It’s where you put all of your content into one platform—your intellectual property. Think Kajabi, Skool, Clickfunnels, Go High Level. Your content, your intellectual property, all in one platform. And this is what makes it so incredibly unique and special.

Instead of selling one-to-one, you sell for very high ticket, between $50,000 and $1 million. Between $50,000 and $1 million. And you don’t just sell it to anybody. You are connecting. You are hand-picking the organisations that you want to work with.

It is such a beautiful business model. It removes the hustle, the grind, the “oh, I need another client”. Imagine just for a moment what it would be like if you spent, let’s say, seven days building your B2B global platform, putting all of your content into one platform—your workshops, your Google Docs, your videos, masterclasses that you have recorded—and then making a $75,000 sale, a $250,000 sale, a $500,000 sale.

An organisation purchases a licence from you. They pay you, and then everybody in their organisation has access to your body of work—your content.

This is perfect if you are an expert, a coach, a consultant, an author, or a speaker. You are an expert in your space. A B2B global platform has the potential to change your life and how you make money forever. It’s so incredibly powerful.

Organisations spend millions and millions of dollars every single year on attracting, training, and retaining their people. So they are actively seeking and actively looking for platforms that have content, frameworks, systems, methodologies, and templates that they can use in their business.

They do not want to send their people offsite for a five-day conference once a year. They want on-demand training, on-demand modules, on-demand content that solves a problem for them. It’s an answer to a problem—a solution.

It could be a framework that you have created. Maybe you’re a therapist and you’ve created your own framework. Think of Marissa Peer. Think of creating your own framework, packaging that up, and selling it to organisations for very high ticket—$50K through to a million dollars.

I want you to think of yourself as a magical kingdom. Instead of them coming in and purchasing and owning your content and intellectual property, you sell them the key. They have the key to your magical kingdom, but they only get it for 12 months. In 12 months’ time, they have to re-buy another $200K, $400K, or $600K licence—whatever it might be.

Your B2B global platform holds your intellectual property. Something I want you to think about is that people digest content differently. I completed my master’s in marketing and spent a whole subject on how people consume content. We are all so different as learners and consumers.

Within the consumer behaviour sector, we really need to honour our customers and our clients and provide content that people can digest in the way they like to learn. From an environment perspective, somebody might want to go to the gym, do 30 minutes on the bike or treadmill, and listen to an episode that’s part of your platform—something about manifestation or moving from a fixed mindset to a growth mindset.

Other people love video. They want to watch masterclasses and modules. Others are more visual. They want to look at infographics and graphs. Some people love the written word—blogs and articles.

So it’s imperative that you provide a range of content for your B2B global platform. This can simply mean repurposing a video, repurposing a blog, putting together an infographic based on an article you wrote, or a podcast episode you shared.

This B2B global platform business model enables you to sell very high ticket and be beautifully compensated for your body of work. It enables you to create global impact because organisations are sharing your content with everybody in their company. In some cases, that could be tens of thousands of people.

One of our clients has just sold a licence that will go to 50,000 employees. Fifty thousand employees are getting access to her framework and methodology. It blows my mind.

And then finally there is the freedom piece, which is my favourite. I get to travel. I get to spend time with my family. After this, I’m literally going to the beach. I’m on the Northern Beaches in Sydney, Australia, and it’s a phenomenal, beautiful day. I’m taking the dog for a walk at the beach.

It gives you so much freedom. You no longer have to be strapped to your chair at your desk hustling for another client.

Think about your current offers. Let’s say you have a $1,997 offer, even a $5K offer. How many of them do you need to sell in order to make $250,000? Instead of doing all these small transactions, you get to do big, beautiful transactions in one.

There are a few other things I’m slightly obsessed with when it comes to this business model. One is that you don’t have to do paid ads or sales calls. I don’t have to worry about where my next client is coming from because I have evergreen content out there. Someone bought about two weeks ago after seeing my YouTube channel a year earlier. Something clicked, they went back, watched a 34-minute video, and bought on the spot.

Other people come into my world, watch one live, send me a DM, and sign up that day. It’s because of that content machine that’s moving. It doesn’t mean I have to create content every day. I can repurpose content.

Companies have budgets for learning and development, personal development, and workplace wellbeing. The key is to dial in your messaging and positioning so your content cannot be found anywhere else.
