UNICORYN™ Terms and Conditions

By participating in UNICORYN™ programs, including the UNICORYN™ High-Ticket Authority Accelerator™, accessing coaching, consulting, or any related services, you (“Participant,” “Client,” or “You”) agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. General Disclaimer

UNICORYN™ and Victoria Garlick provide guidance, strategy, and coaching to help clients consolidate, position, and monetize their intellectual property, create B2B platforms, and pursue high-ticket deals. All participation is voluntary. Results, including revenue, high-ticket deals, recognition, or global reach, are dependent on your effort, execution, market conditions, and other factors outside UNICORYN™’s control. No specific outcome, deal, or revenue is guaranteed.

2. Limitation of Liability

You acknowledge and agree that Victoria Garlick, UNICORYN™ and all affiliates, employees, contractors, or representatives, cannot be held liable for any losses, damages, or claims arising from or relating to your participation, including:

  • Your use of any UNICORYN™ materials, frameworks, or guidance

  • Revenue, deals, or business opportunities attempted or achieved using UNICORYN™ guidance

  • Any technical issues, interruptions, or errors in program delivery or access

  • Business, financial, reputational, or other outcomes

This limitation applies to all claims under any legal theory, including contract, tort, negligence, or misrepresentation.

3. Risk-Free Guarantee Disclaimer

The UNICORYN™ 60-Day Guarantee is conditional. The investment for this experience is $20,000 USD. If, after 60 days of active participation, execution of strategies, and engagement with the program, you do not have at least $200,000 USD in high-ticket organizational deal opportunities, UNICORYN™ will continue working with you for 12 months completely free, a value of $120,000 USD.

The guarantee assumes full compliance with all program requirements. UNICORYN™ is not responsible for outcomes if participants fail to implement recommended strategies, frameworks, or actions.

4. No Guarantees or Warranties

All materials, coaching, and services are provided “as is” and “as available.” UNICORYN™ makes no express or implied warranties, including but not limited to:

  • Financial outcomes, revenue, or deal closures

  • Media features, podcast appearances, or speaking engagements

  • The applicability or effectiveness of any strategy for your business

  • Accuracy or completeness of content.

5. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Victoria Garlick, UNICORYN™ and affiliates against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising from your participation or use of program materials.

6. Confidentiality

All program materials, coaching discussions, strategies, and communications are confidential. Participants may not share, sell, or distribute any proprietary UNICORYN™ content or methods without written consent.

7. Intellectual Property

All UNICORYN™ content, frameworks, coaching materials, and tools are protected under copyright, trademark (UNICORYN™), and other intellectual property laws. Participants may not reproduce or distribute content outside the scope of their program without explicit permission.

8. No Investment or Legal Advice

UNICORYN™ programs are not a substitute for professional legal, financial, tax, or investment advice. You are responsible for seeking qualified advisors before taking action that could impact your business, finances, or legal obligations.

9. Results Disclaimer

Participants understand that achieving $50K–$1M licensing deals or other outcomes depends on multiple factors outside UNICORYN™’s control, including market demand, execution, timing, and your business infrastructure. Victoria Garlick and UNICORYN™ are not liable for any lack of results.

10. Limitation on Claims and Suits

By participating, you expressly waive any right to sue or make claims against Victoria Garlick or UNICORYN™. This waiver includes any losses, perceived harm, missed opportunities, or dissatisfaction with results, guarantees, or program content.

11. Governing Law and Arbitration

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes must be resolved through binding arbitration in Sydney, NSW. Participants agree to waive any rights to file lawsuits or pursue claims in any other forum.

12. Severability

If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, all remaining provisions remain fully in effect.

13. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the full agreement between you and UNICORYN™ regarding program participation and supersede all prior communications, agreements, or representations.

14. Acknowledgement

By participating, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. You accept that Victoria Garlick and UNICORYN™ are fully protected from claims or suits. You understand success depends on your execution, and you release Victoria Garlick from all liability related to your participation or outcomes.

15. No Guarantees for Third-Party Deals

UNICORYN™ is not responsible for the behavior, payment, or agreements of third-party organisations, partners, or licensees. Any deals executed with external parties are your responsibility, and UNICORYN™ is fully indemnified from any disputes arising from these relationships.

16. Program Modifications

UNICORYN™ reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any program, coaching, or resources at any time. Participants agree that such changes do not constitute breach of contract or grounds for claims.

17. Media and Publicity

By participating, you consent that UNICORYN™ may use non-identifying information, case studies, or testimonials for marketing purposes. Confidential information will not be shared without consent.

18. Force Majeure

UNICORYN™ is not liable for delays, interruptions, or failures caused by events outside its reasonable control, including natural disasters, technical outages, or unforeseen business circumstances.

19. Participant Responsibility

You acknowledge that your results depend on your effort, decisions, and engagement. You accept full responsibility for all business, legal, and financial outcomes.

By enrolling in or participating in any UNICORYN™ program, you acknowledge and agree that all outcomes are the result of your own efforts and decisions. Victoria Garlick, UNICORYN™ and its affiliates make no guarantees regarding financial results, licensing deals, or business outcomes beyond the agreed coaching and execution services.

You release and fully hold harmless Victoria Garlick and UNICORYN™ from any claims, losses, or liabilities arising from participation in these programs. Your use of the services constitutes your full and binding acceptance of these terms.
