Hello everyone, Victoria here. So excited for today’s session where we’re going to look at some trends around leadership when it comes to B2B global platforms. I know many of you here today are thinking about launching your own B2B global platform, and what I wanted to do was just to give you as much free information as possible.
These are trends, topics, potential modules, and pieces of content for your leadership B2B global platform. Our market research team has spent about 12 months curating what’s trending, what organizations are buying, and what’s really moving the money needle in this space.
Now, your B2B global platform is going to be all of your content, your intellectual property, in one platform. This has the potential for you to be beautifully compensated and to welcome six-multi, six, and seven figures in every transaction. We are talking about very high ticket—$50K all the way through to $5 million per transaction. This is going to change how you do business forever.
This is leverage. This enables you to make six-multi, six, and seven figures per transaction—not per week, not per month, not per year—per transaction. It gives you freedom. You build it once and sell it on repeat. There is zero delivery involved unless you want it to be. We do have some clients who run monthly or quarterly live delivery sessions. Some of our clients actually have facilitators who go into organizations and teach this content—your intellectual property. Think of things like DISC, Insights, and similar frameworks.
Then you have impact. Your life’s work, your body of work, your brilliance, your genius is going to be in the hands of hundreds, thousands, potentially millions of people. Money, freedom, impact—life-changing.
So let’s jump straight in because if this is something that you are contemplating, now is the time to get started. Now is the time to start selling not you, but your licensing and commercialization deals to organizations that are actively looking for what it is you’re selling.
This particular session today is just in the leadership niche industry space because this is something that is selling every single day. Organizations are actively looking for solutions. They are actively looking to get access to leadership experts and their intellectual property. This is perfect, but you need to get started. This is not something you sit on. This is not something you wait on until you’re not so busy.
You build it now. You build it once. You sell it on repeat because this is a topic, a niche, an industry, a space that is on fire right now.
I have all of my market research team notes in front of me because I don’t want to miss anything for you. To begin, we don’t want to sell IP as a service. We don’t want to be showing up and going to different organizations and doing summits, conferences, presentations, and workshops because there’s a cap. Service businesses are capped by time, people, and geography.
A B2B global platform is not. You can sell your platform to organizations all over the world.
What I love so much about this niche being leadership is that it’s so broad that there are going to be so many organizations that want access to this. For just a moment, I want you to think about how much money organizations spend on solutions, on content, on intellectual property. If you can build it into one platform that everybody in their organization—or a department or section of their organization—can access, and they pay you $500K for a 12-month license, imagine the possibilities.
Sell one a month. Sell one every three months. Once it’s built, there is no ceiling.
Right now you are selling one-to-one services or group programs. But how much of you can you keep spreading around? Start thinking about it from an organizational perspective. They are actively seeking content such as yours. You’re an expert. You’re brilliant at what you do. Your content is world-class.
So let’s put it on the stage. Stop being the world’s best-kept secret and get your work into the hands of organizations that have budgets to spend. Finally, you’ll be having conversations with people who actually have budgets.
When you have your IP organized like this, you move from delivery to repeatable value creation that can be licensed globally. This shift is happening every single day. It creates predictable, recurring, very high-ticket revenue.
You might sell it at the lowest level for $50K for a 12-month license. If you sold five a month, we are suddenly talking about real leverage and removing you from everyday delivery.
Start thinking about how organizations will see you. They move from seeing you as the operator or consultant to seeing you as infrastructure. Your organization becomes the infrastructure for them.
The people you’ll be speaking to are CEOs, startup founders, HR managers, L&D leaders, marketing directors. They are constantly having conversations about infrastructure that can support not just a department, but often an entire organization. For leadership development, this is game-changing.
So we stop selling individually and position you as a global workforce transformation engine. You become the infrastructure, not the operator.
Many businesses—including yours—already have the raw material. You probably have articles, blogs, notebooks full of ideas. Right now, I have about 20 to 23 notebooks sitting on my desk full of ideas for my clients’ B2B global platforms and for my own.
We have so much content. We have so many ideas. Now it’s time to pull it all together.
Right now, you are leaving millions of dollars of IP scattered across slide decks, Google Drive folders, emails, phones, notes, and notebooks. Millions of dollars of intellectual property are sitting there unused.
Do not wait. This is a “do it now” project—something you build once and leverage forever.
You might already have clients booked for the next 12 months, which is amazing. But imagine the additional millions of dollars sitting in your intellectual property. With leadership being such a prominent and trending topic right now, this is the perfect time to hit the go button.
Pull it all together, get it into the world, and stop being the world’s best-kept secret.
Start by conducting a full IP audit of your content. I encourage clients to set aside two to three hours and simply identify what they have and the outcomes it delivers. Audit everything and find the gaps.
One of the first things we do when we work together in my 21-day accelerator—where we build, launch, and begin selling your B2B global platform—is identify your intellectual property using the UNICORN methodology.
You already have so much content. Some pieces may be missing, and others may need to be repurposed. People digest content differently, so we want a mix: audio, written content, video, masterclasses, workshops, and workbooks that organizations can run internally.
One of the biggest pieces of feedback we hear from organizations is how much they love having everything in one platform. Everyone has access, and they no longer have to send staff to conferences or bring in speakers who disrupt a full day or even five days of work. Everything is available in-house, at their fingertips, 24/7.
Next, start grouping your content into categories. These categories will become repeatable modules that people can watch once or revisit many times if needed.
Skillsoft did this by turning decades of leadership content into a structured, searchable content library that enterprises could deploy instantly.
Once your platform is about 50% built, we begin putting it in the hands of beta testers. They explore it, give feedback, and we start selling even before the platform is fully complete. I strongly believe in value before transaction.
Unfortunately, the online space has become very spammy and misleading. People are told to throw together modules, sell them online, and make a million dollars by next week. That’s not what we’re doing.
We’re building a legacy masterpiece—a world-class platform that people experience through a free trial of 7, 14, 21, or 30 days. After that, it’s either an effortless yes or simply “not right now.”
Many organizations say no only because they’ve recently invested millions in other platforms. That’s why I say build yours now. Licensing is becoming more widely known, and people are starting to realise how powerful it is.
Next, think about learning paths. Enterprises don’t buy courses—they buy outcomes.
For example, one of our clients, Natalie, created a leadership platform focused on feminine energetics in the workplace, addressing overwhelm, stress, and work-life balance. Her content is organized into learning pathways. Each category includes seven modules designed to deliver a specific outcome.
These pathways might include masterclasses, intellectual property modules, and other learning elements. When someone completes a pathway, they receive digital certificates and badges they can share on LinkedIn or include in email signatures.
So instead of calling them courses, we call them learning pathways.
Each pathway has a starting point, milestones along the way, and a clear capability outcome. This aligns with leadership development stages and creates structured progress.
Next, think about the platform itself. It must support scale without increasing cost.
For example, one client initially used Slack for communication with every organization using her platform. But as more users joined, costs increased significantly and support demands grew. That removed the “no delivery” advantage.
Instead, your platform should scale easily. Whether you have 50 or 500 organizations licensing your platform, the cost structure should remain stable.
Some clients use Kajabi, ClickFunnels, or Go High Level. Others white-label their platforms. With white-labeling, an organization’s branding appears throughout the platform. For example, Emirates or a major bank could have your content under their brand.
At that level, deals can easily reach seven figures.
Your platform becomes the organization’s leadership ecosystem. They’re no longer buying scattered courses or occasional speakers—your frameworks and methodology become embedded into their culture.
Next, think carefully about your licensing model. Have clear terms, pricing, and licensing conditions before building the platform.
Some organizations may want a lighter version, while others may want full access with additional live sessions or executive workshops. These tiers help trigger psychological positioning for high-value deals.
This isn’t about throwing content online and hoping someone buys it. We are strategically building a world-class legacy platform that attracts media attention, speaking invitations, and major opportunities.
You’re not the supporting act—you are the main stage.
Sometimes impostor syndrome appears. You might wonder why someone would pay a million dollars for your platform. But remember: what you are offering is unique. Your intellectual property cannot be bought anywhere else. You are the unicorn.
Finally, think about partnerships. Many clients scale very quickly through partnerships.
For example, you might invite a well-known mindset expert to contribute a one-hour session. In return, they promote the platform to their audience. Sometimes they receive a fee or a commission for each license sold.
If they have millions of followers, a single post could lead to massive exposure—and potentially major enterprise sales.
Partnerships allow you to borrow audiences and accelerate growth dramatically.
Now let me share some leadership modules that organizations are currently loving:
Self-leadership and emotional intelligence
Leading with purpose and vision
High-trust team leadership and psychological safety
Strategic decision-making and critical thinking
Influence and communication mastery
Performance coaching and developing others
Culture shaping and change leadership
Resilience and adaptive leadership
Leading across boundaries and systems thinking
Executive influence and board engagement
These topics create a comprehensive leadership development ecosystem—from emerging leaders all the way to executives.
There is enormous opportunity right now to build, launch, and sell your B2B global platform in the next 21 days.
You might feel a little overwhelmed hearing all this, but hopefully you also feel a spark of excitement. This business model has the potential to change how you make money forever.
You build it once and sell it repeatedly. No sales calls. No large teams required. Many of our clients run these platforms completely on their own.
You are selling the key to your golden kingdom—the infrastructure organizations are actively seeking.
And the best part? They already have the budgets.
Organizations don’t negotiate the way individual clients do. They enter the free trial, experience your frameworks and methodology, and decide if it’s a fit for their ecosystem.
If it is, they purchase a 12-month license—perhaps $250K for their entire organization or a specific department.
No fake urgency. No manipulative tactics. Just a world-class legacy platform.
So reach out, ask questions, and tell me what inspired you today. If you’d like to take it further, you can work with me in my 21-day accelerator where we build and sell your B2B global platform together.
It’s a $20,000 US investment or three monthly payments of $8,000.
Let’s build your legacy piece together.
