Hello everyone, Victoria here. I hope you are having an amazing day wherever you are around the world. Today I’m going to talk to you about something you might not have considered. This is perfect if you’re a coach, consultant, course creator, author, speaker, or an expert in your space and you are truly ready to be beautifully compensated for your work, your wisdom, and your experience.
This is called a B2B global platform. How it works is that you put all of your content and your intellectual property into one platform, whether it’s Kajabi, ClickFunnels, Skool, Kartra, or Go High Level. Instead of selling one-to-one, you sell to organisations that are capital heavy, meaning they have money to spend.
Think about how much organisations spend every year on attracting, training, and retaining their staff. It’s millions of dollars. So if you are able to provide them with a platform that truly solves a problem, they are going to buy. What is so wonderful for you is that they already have allocated budgets to spend. In a moment, I’m going to share some examples of current clients who are doing exceptionally well in this space. But right now, I want you to just be open to this whole new opportunity of creating licensing deals.
Licensing is the biggest game changer. I’ve been in business for almost 29 years and I’ve never seen anything like it. You build your licensing deal and your B2B global platform once, and then you sell it on repeat.
What I personally love so much about mine, and what has changed my life and my bank account, is that I don’t have to run paid ads. I personally run paid ads for my coaching and consulting, but for my B2B global platform I do not run ads. That means I don’t have to take sales calls. I’m not selling people into the B2B global platform.
All of my intellectual property, my frameworks, and my methodologies are inside this platform. Instead of doing ads, cold outreach, or DMing people, as part of the unicorn universe we hand select and curate the organisations we want to work with. When you’re charging $100K, $300K, or $500K for a 12-month license to your platform, you get to choose who has access to you and to your content, your wisdom, and your experience.
I love to use this analogy. I want you to start thinking about yourself as this magical kingdom. All your courses, programs, content, methodologies, frameworks, and processes live inside that kingdom. Instead of allowing anyone access, you sell a few select keys at premium pricing for organisations to open and access your vault, your magical kingdom.
We do things differently. We’re not shouting from the rooftops saying this is for absolutely anybody. Instead, we lean in and whisper the right words in the right ear at the right time. What happens is organisations lean in because they feel like you’ve joined the conversation already happening in their mind.
They might be struggling with people in their organisation who are burnt out, overwhelmed, and experiencing anxiety in the workplace because there is simply too much to do. Instead of sending people to conferences, summits, or retreats, or asking them to complete courses in their own time, they access your platform for $100K, $300K, or $500K for 12 months.
They purchase a license from you at premium pricing, and everyone in their organisation gets access to your magical kingdom. They all receive a key.
Instead of hustling to sell $3K, $5K, or even $97 offers that people don’t truly value, you position yourself differently. Last night I was scrolling through Facebook and saw many offers priced at $47 or $97 with huge guarantees such as “we’ll get you 15 high-ticket clients in the next 22 days.” I’ve been around long enough to know that getting high-ticket clients consistently requires systems, frameworks, and processes.
Those low-ticket offers didn’t feel valuable. Then I saw a similar offer but with much more explanation and a video sales letter. The price started at $33K. Immediately I saw the value in that.
When you’re playing in the unicorn universe, your mindset must change. You need to open yourself to premium pricing and position yourself as the unicorn in your space — the category of one.
Once you truly embody the belief that you deserve to be beautifully compensated for the work you do, everything changes. You deserve not to hustle. You deserve not to miss picking up the kids from school, going to lunch with friends, playing golf, attending family dinners, or watching your kids’ sporting games and performances.
We deserve not to live on that hamster wheel.
So my invitation to you today is to open yourself to this very unique and exciting opportunity of licensing. It’s unlike anything you see in the online space promising overnight success or quick money from selling digital products. This is about packaging your genius and brilliance in a way where you become the category of one.
You become the unicorn. You can charge $50K, $125K, $300K, or even half a million dollars for a license to your intellectual property because it’s unlike anything else available.
Organisations are actively seeking platforms like yours because they help solve real problems — attracting, training, and retaining staff.
Let me share a few client examples.
One of our clients is a leadership coach focused on diversity, equity, and inclusion. She had a powerful training program but was selling it individually for $2,500 and struggling with ads and marketing agencies.
In just 21 days we built her B2B platform, positioned her as the go-to expert in her space, and secured around 11 pieces of PR media coverage. Instead of ads, we focused on PR and media because decision makers in organisations are not searching in Facebook groups — they are reading industry publications, listening to podcasts, and consuming credible expert content.
Shortly after appearing on a podcast as a guest expert, she offered a free trial to her platform. Within around two weeks of working with us, she sold two licenses.
Another client is a health coach who created a 12-week hormone reset program. She had been selling it for $999 and hustling hard for every sale.
Now her program is licensed to health coaches and influencers who run destination retreats. They purchase a 12-month license and can use the program for multiple retreats. She has also licensed it to female-founded organisations, private clinics, and even a bank. Some clients also pay an additional $25K upsell for white-labelling the program under their own brand.
Another example is a mindset coach who developed a proprietary method combining neuroscience, breathwork, and visualisation. Instead of running group programs, we packaged it into a B2B global platform and secured around 25 pieces of PR.
A coaching certification platform licensed his method so that every certified coach now learns and uses it in their practice. Each coach must renew certification every six months, creating recurring income for him.
There’s also a client who created a startup accelerator blueprint for early-stage entrepreneurs. Recently she licensed her program to a global chain of co-working spaces. Every location now offers her accelerator program to their members as an added value experience.
Finally, we worked with a financial expert who created a youth financial literacy course. Instead of selling directly to schools — which can be difficult due to gatekeepers — we partnered with a global education technology company that distributes curriculum to schools in over 30 countries.
His course is now used in classrooms worldwide, creating massive impact.
This is the power of licensing.
So I want you to have an honest conversation with yourself. Is your business financially where you want it to be? Imagine selling a $200K license in 14 days — and then another one two weeks later.

Once organisations purchase a license, the deal is done. You’re not hosting weekly calls, managing communities, or constantly delivering content. Everything is pre-recorded. They simply access your platform.
So ask yourself:

Are you constantly searching for clients or trying random marketing strategies?
If the answer is no, it’s time to take ownership of your business.
Nobody is coming to save you. It’s time to invest in yourself and build something that creates ongoing income, freedom, and impact.
